MCO Visual Solutions provides visual solutions and related services, including but not limited to design, graphics, and visual content creation.

2. No Refund Policy:

All services provided by MCO Visual Solutions are non-refundable. Once a service is purchased and delivered, no refunds will be issued. It is the responsibility of the client to review our services thoroughly before making a purchase.

3. Revisions:

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. We provide a revision policy that allows clients to request revisions until they are satisfied with the delivered work. The number of revisions included will be specified in the service agreement or proposal.

4. Revision Requests:

Clients may submit revision requests within [number of days] days after the initial delivery of the service. Revision requests must be specific and related to the original service scope. Additional requests or changes outside the agreed-upon scope may be subject to additional charges.

5. Service Delivery:

6. Client Cooperation:

Clients are expected to provide timely feedback and necessary information to facilitate the completion of the service. Delays caused by the client may impact the delivery timeline.

7. Intellectual Property:

Upon full payment for the services, the client will own the rights to the final approved work. MCO Visual Solutions retains the right to showcase the completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.

8. Termination of Services:

MCO Visual Solutions reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates the terms outlined in this agreement. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and any outstanding payments will be due immediately.

9. Confidentiality:

MCO Visual Solutions agrees to keep all client information confidential and not to disclose any proprietary or sensitive information to third parties.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Constitution Of Pakistan 1973.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service for MCO Visual Solutions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
